Important General Studies Topics For IAS / UPSC Civil Services Mains Exam 2013 : CS Synopsis

The UPSC Civil Services Mains Exam 2013 is now less than a month away and importantly this years exam would be the first one with changed syllabus and pattern. The UPSC Civil Services Mains Exam is scheduled to start towards starting of December 2013 and will finish in 7-8 days unlike previous years where it used to take almost one month depending on your optional subjects.
